REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Refund, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, exchanges are permissible for size-related issues, with customers bearing the shipping charges for the exchange. Once we receive the product on our end, we will promptly dispatch the replacement. Please provide us with the courier receipt including the tracking ID.

Please ensure that any exchanges are initiated within 5 working days from the delivery date and that the product is returned in its original condition.

In the event of product damage or wrong product, an exchange will be facilitated.
