You will receive an order confirmation email or notification once your order has been successfully placed and confirmed. If you haven't received an order confirmation, you may want to check your email spam or junk folder or contact customer support for assistance.

 

  1. Do I need to create an account to place my order?

You can place orders as a guest. Account creation is not required currently, and our website does not currently offer this feature.

 

  1. Is Cash on Delivery Accepted?

We regret to inform you that cash on delivery is not accepted. As a startup, we are unable to bear the potential losses associated with cash on delivery transactions.

 

  1. How safe is it to use Net-banking & Debit or Credit Card for payment on your website?

All transactions conducted at SKIIN BY TIBER are safeguarded and encrypted for your security.

 

  1. Can I choose my delivery date?

Delivery dates cannot be selected or modified.

 

Returns, Refund and Exchange

  1. What are the terms and conditions of the return, refund policy?

Refund, returns are not accepted. 

 

  1. How does the exchange policy work? What if I encounter size issues?

Exchanges are permissible for size-related issues, with customers bearing the shipping charges for the exchange. Please ensure that any exchanges are initiated within 48 hours from the delivery date and that the product is returned in its original condition. Once we receive the product on our end, we will promptly dispatch the replacement. Please provide us with the courier receipt including the tracking ID.

 

  1. What is the procedure if the product received is damaged?

In the unlikely event of product damage or wrong product, an exchange will be facilitated. Please ensure that any exchanges are initiated within 72 hours from the delivery date and that the product is returned in its original condition. Once we receive the product on our end, we will promptly dispatch the replacement. Please provide us with the courier receipt including the tracking ID.

No, we offer free shipping across India.

 

  1. How long does it take for the products to ship?

Due to high order volume, all orders will be dispatched within 12 to 72 hours of order confirmation.

 

  1. How many days does it take for the products to be delivered?

For Tamil Nadu: 1-3 working days from the day of dispatch.

For South India: 2-5 working days from the day of dispatch.

For North India: 5-8 working days from the day of dispatch.

For Remote locations within India: 8-12 working days from the day of dispatch.
